WISSION TALKS CEO PRUDHVI TAMANNA had put together all his aces up his sleeve to make this Yatra a grand success. Speakers from agnostic domains walked into students  and enlightened the young minds of how they faced failure and climbed to success with their grit and endurance.

APSSDC Project Manager PRUDHVI V took keen interest to get all things in shape at various institutions. His earnest efforts saw the success of the vision of the corporation translate into realty across the state.

IIIT NuzvidIIIT RK VAlleyWay2World was a part of four of the five destinations that the Yatra continued, represented by the Founder RajKishan Ganta. During the address to the students, he highlighted the factors that are hampering young innovators from taking up entrepreneurship.

They were Social Stigma, this has diluted to maximum extent in recent times unlike the past. The next important factor Fear of failure, which is a non-factual fear, it’s a psychological issue that should be overcome with strong will power.

The third is the spotlight syndrome which makes everyone feel that the whole world is watching them and they should tread carefully. This is also another psychological issue> Please remember that the world has more important issues than taking note of this.

StartUps only succeed or learn and there is no word as failure in the StartUp ecosystem. A founder has to possess a passion to achieve their dreams and the patience to do it again and again to give the best to the market, whether it’s a product or service.

The most important guideline to succeed is the E3 Principle which simply means EXPLORE, EMPOWER and ENTERPRISE. As a part of EXPLORE, earliest Validated Learning, iCore initiatives, Product Validation, Pivoting and most importantly ‘Love thy problem more than thy solution’ were discussed.

EMPOWER represents co-founder dating, need for Mentors who would guide them to the next level. StartUps must have a team that sleeps alike and eats alike while sharing a common vision.

As for ENTERPRISE is concerned, it is about compliances, IP and other important documentation like company formation must be taken up. Then the scaling up process needs to taken up. Initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the entity must be well drafted.

StartUp System is one place where a medical graduate could create an engineering product and viceversa. Across the ecosystem there are three types of initiatives. They are Physical Comfort, these yield comfort or ease of operation to the user.

The next is the Mental Comfort that yield a sense of satisfaction in the mind irrespective of its 100% necessity. The third one is Status Comfort, these are the most luxurious set of innovations where if the branding is done the right way then cost is not a matter.

The first session was at IIIT NUZVID, where we explained an ecosystem created could yield better results like SAI GANGA PANEKIA, DAYBEST and Drones StartUps could come together then the result would be phenomenal. Every farmer influenced by this ecosystem would have good health, good crop and good harvest.

The Second session at IIIT RK Valley the case studies were themed as Get out of your comfort zone, Think Different and Think Development, while the third one was see your problems as opportunities. The first case study pertaining to the theme was about SAI GANGA PANEKIA. The second was about EYEROBO and the third was about LIQUIFIED ORGANIC COMPOST.

The Third session at SRIT Anantapur the case studies were themed on the same lines. The first case study pertaining to the theme was about CONFIRM TICKET.com. The second was about IDLI MACHINE and the third was about BLIND EYE.

The Fourth session at Andhra Loyola Engg College, Vijayawada, the theme was as usual the same. The first case study pertaining to the theme was about ENRECOVER ENERGY. The second was about NAIDROVEN EV and the third was about AUZA TECH.

Concluded the sessions with an encouraging quote, ‘Success is not the final destination and failure is not permanent’. We all hoped to see some unicorns springing out of the crowd in the coming future.  The second leg is to start from 04 Feb 2020 from Guntur District and should continue till 10 Feb 2020, ending in Kurnool as per the schedule.
