3. Trust your abilities while analyzing your disabilities: never be bogged down…be positive and follow your heart.- SAHALA PARVEEN, the HEARTITECT who influences the hearts of the listeners, is also known as the youngest mind power trainer. She was a beautiful child who never believed in herself. She suffered from Dyslexia, ‘the Symptoms include late talking, learning new words slowly and a delay in learning to read.’ Inspite of all the problems she rose high to be the most sought after motivational influencer at a very young age. She was called for giving special sessions where initially she was refused to be given a chance even as a regular speaker. How did she achieve it….she believed in her dreams and realized it….don’t you all want to…..remember what LES BROWN said, ‘you are never too young to teach and never too old to learn’…… Some one’s opinion about you need not be the reality…try defy criticism and move ahead to prove yourself…..Towards the end of army training there is a special task known as ‘the hell week’ – where one needs to stay focused and stay still when the sharks are around: the commander instructs, ‘When a hungry shark circles you, just stay calm and steady don’t move. It will move away’….similarly there are sharks around in the world, stay calm and you will win over them…use your skillset and move on…

4. Form a good team CYNTHIA HELLEN, Founder & CEO SMPLCTLAB, USA. Women need to identify their niche areas and align with other people, who could add value to the idea generated, Women need to shed their inhibitions, realize their niche, align with other like-minded to build a successful Entrepreneurship. They need to understand their expertise and try to build a team who share different strengths that add value proposition to the venture. However, it is true that entrepreneurship has its own set of challenges and it is no different for either sex. Nevertheless, one needs to cope up with failures and move on. Micro managing their ventures to share the limelight with a positive attitude, is the key functional attitude of the founder. The stalwart admitted that she is bad at dealing with numbers and hence she leaves the calculations to people who are experts in that domain. ‘I ask new recruits in what they are not good at, to avoid allotting them those assignments. This saves time and increases the efficiency of the organization.’

5. Get away from SPOTLIGHT syndrome: I remember what Shyamala Ramesh a renowned academician once said. All of you are affected by this syndrome. Specially at your age the affect is ten times more….This disease makes one feel that the whole world has no other work but look on your dressing sense, makeup style or the way you talk and behave…..do you think so…..forget it they have got better work to do then this……get out of this and start doing what your heart recommends strongly and positively.…..you are an unique person and of course a limited edition no second person who is ultimately similar to you in this whole universe. Your education is just a pizza base and you need to add awesome toppings to make it delicious. Do you want a mere base or with toppings……what are the toppings in your case it’s the skillset…Invest in yourself on a day to day basis on enhancing Knowledge and Skills. A group of  millionaires from Russia had been put in prison before the Soviet union breakup….but they returned to build their empire because of their mindset….

…identify the problem….acquire the desired skillset and design the solution….get it validated and go for the POC that would be market fit…..So think different and think development.

There are many initiatives by the government that provide financial assistance to get your dreams on track, in the form of grants and soft loans. Know about them, most bankers would be able to guide you, as you are a part of the green initiatives.
