Sales is just a part of the business, support will only sustaining lt. With improper support system, loyalty or referral sales cannot be achieved. Warranties or guarantees get customer approvals if support systems are in place.

Support systems include after sales service on one hand and on the other hand help in tele marketing the product. Support systems need not necessarily be break down calls they could as well be courtesy calls to consumers about the ways to help them to better utilize the product they just bought. This assures word of mouth publicity and structures in the minds of the consumers as a reliable brand. Most of the global online brands are thriving just by positioning a perfect support system at their behest.
