One such vehicle caring StartUp is CELLEXA PETROCHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED (CYANLUB). This Hyderabad based StartUp manufactures lubricants for automobiles. Lubricants are substances that reduce the friction between moving parts in vehicles. Better the efficiency of the lubricant in controlling the friction, heat dissipation and corrosion, enhances the life of the engine and in turn the vehicle.
Speaking to Way2World, the founding team of this 2018 started entity G NARESH, P SWETHA and R SRUTHI revealed the secrets of their success.
The problem envisioned by this trio was, “Most of the mechanics and distributors of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state are importing lubricating products majorly from other states. Which is costing them more and do not have added benefits.”
Hence, “We started a genuine lubrication products manufacturing plant to supply genuine lubrication products directly to mechanics and disturbers at very base price with added benefits. We are very successful in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states with a total number of 2000+ tie ups.”
However the road to success was not all that easy for this enterprising team, but they stood the test of times and succeeded, admit the founders. How difficult was it in the beginning.
“Initially, people are only interested in using products of top brands and they consider TV ads and other branding statics are very important to attract customers. Now every customer is very well aware of the difference between quality and non-quality products.
We organized many events across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states to educate people about our products and quality variations comparison to process. Finally our main objective, to serve people with quality economical products, was the race winner. Our differentiation stands in difference in pricing of high quality products.”
