Why StartUps need to be trained to achieve goals

04 October 2018, Delhi: TAIT

StartUps need training by experts for various positive reasons. Most of the founders are tech savvy yet up-gradation is the watch word to survive.

Next with least marketing background one needs to understand the difference between marketing and sales. The third most essential aspect is financials. All the three areas need experts to handle, however budgets are a big constraint to early stage StartUps.

The last but most important is motivational quotient that keeps dropping with every failure encountered and the StartUp cycle has abundant bumpy rides like that.

To fill this gap one needs to be trained on the fundamentals to take things to the next level, so HR activity can happen to achieve better results.
