Indian StartUp ecosystem is growing at a rapid pace. However many ideas are shelved because of funds crunch. To help innovators cross this hurdle and succeed in their endeavors, many players in the ecosystem are brainstorming to create level playing grounds. One such noble initiative is TheBigIdea.
Two great charitable institutions Bhanushali Chamber of Commerce (BCOC) and its parent organisation, SHRI KUTCHI BHANUSHALI SEVA SAMAJ TRUST (SKBSST) have created a platform TheBigIdea to help youth to convert their valid ideas into prototypes with financial assistance, mentorship and market validation.
‘The Big Idea Summit, is a step towards not only helping the youth develop their innovative ideas, but also towards giving them all the space they need to spread their wings and make their start-up the next big thing.’
TheBigIdea is right now focusing on sectors like Aerospace & Defence, Agriculture & Forestry, Artificial Intelligence, Automobiles, Clean Energy, Education, Electronics, Environment & Climate Healthcare & Medicine, Industrial Machinery, Robotics & Automation and Waste Management.
This national platform believes, ‘The venture of an innovator to develop himself into an entrepreneur requires equal support from both, investors and mentors. Hence, we take the utmost pride in bringing you a platform that brings in innovators, investors, mentors, all under one roof. Innovators will be given an opportunity to put forth their out-of-the-box ideas before investors, technocrats, government officials and leading mentors at a Pan-India level.”
The screening for the top 100 will begin through eminent panel of jury of the ideas submitted online. ‘Applications need to be done on www.thebigidea.in on or before 30th October 2018.’
The final list of innovators stands a chance to get a free stall and the necessary support to display their innovations in front of a huge audience at The Big Idea Summit.
The Summit would be power packed schedule of events that would help the participants network, gain knowledge through seminars and workshops.
