The country’s electrical dreams are taking shape in a perfect way. The government’s plans to enhance the acceptability quotient are rapidly catching momentum.
The market is right now pegged at around USD 220.1 Mn and is expected to scale up by 95% approximately by 2030. This date has been gathered from internet sources
The basis for this phenomenal growth is primarily the government’s push by offering incentives for production and purchase of electrical vehicles. When the rulers decide anything is possible say peers.
We have been an agrarian economy since times immemorial and usage of EVs in this sector would have a positive impact on the growth too. NEIDHAL CADET SERVICE, A StartUp from Tamil Nadu started to distribute as a social service campaign these agri-utility vehicles to working class.
In a candid chat with Dr Senthil Kumar, member of the founding team, we had gained a lot of insights in their activity.
What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Government of India targets 30% electric vehicles by 2030 As part of Paris agreement in 2015, India committed to reduce the emission intensity of its gross domestic product (GHG emissions per unit GDP) by 33% – 35% over 2005 levels by 2030. In order to meet its global commitment and mitigate adverse impact of the automobiles (ballooning oil import expenses and increasing air pollution), the Government is keen to shift the narrative towards electric vehicles. The electric vehicle market in India is expected to be valued at $2bn by 2023.
Hence what is your solution?
We have been formed in April 2011 and have been striving to bring the EV advantage to the agri domain where visible benefits can be achieved. Hence we started on the following pointers.
- Usage of EV will result in significant reduction in air pollution (CO2 emission) as transportation accounts for one third of all energy usage.
- With rapid urbanization around the globe electric vehicle is the need of the hour to serve everyone.
- Energy is not consumed while the electric vehicle is stationary, unlike internal combustion engines which consume fuel while idling thereby making it energy efficient.
- Facilitate employment growth in a sun-rise sector.
SO WE ARE CONVERTING FARMERS AS CHANGE AGENTS BY USING ELECTRIC LOADER AND PASSENGER AUTOS FOR SELF USE IT INCREASE THE PROFITABILITY TOO.

What is your philosophy?

Where are you right now?
NCS is getting MoU with educational institutions Covid lock down and now we have started to work in 18 district of TAMIL NADU. We are growing at a rapid pace and our profit with growth of 22% per year. We also wish to become unicorn by 2025. We won the START UP OF THE YEAR 2021 by VALLALAR ACADEMY OF BUSINESS TAMIL NADU.
What is your advice to upcoming StartUps?
Business is business, in the highest sense, and no friendship One should keep the clearest account of everything in one’s charge — and never, never apply the funds intended for one thing to any other use whatsoever — even if one starves the next moment.
