It doesn’t matter whether it is a manufacturing or service organization. It doesn’t matter whether it is a new age economy or an old economy company.
The quintessential question is that of how to effectively manage business practices that can produce best possible business results for organizations. And it is possible by systematically making those practices grow to become “best practices”.
Naturally, the question gets expanded to explore something much deeper. Is there a management framework that can work towards helping organizations clinically “map and tap” into the world wonderful of best practices? After all, it is the practice that makes us perfect and the organizations are no exception.
